    Strength workouts: Don’t do the same exercises every time! Of course it’s good to exercise; it has a lot of benefits. But if you do the same exercises every time, you put a lot of strain on your muscles and joints. Sooner or later you will damage yourself. It is of great importance to vary the exercises often. A guy at the gym just told me this. But, if I want gains and at the same time avoid strain damage, what kind of strength training should I go for?
