Some months ago I started with periodic fasting. I have 8 hours where I can eat, and 16 hours with fasting (not water). My first meal of the day usually is about 11.00, and my last meal is about 19.30. One thing that I have noticed, that’s really nice, is that my blood sugar levels are so steady these days. Before I always got tired in the middle of the day, but now I feel energetic and good all day long. Does anyone else have any experience with periodic fasting, and if so, have you felt the same way regarding the blood sugar levels? What’s your experience like?
